General description:
He is an administrative staff in the University, with administrative and professional competence, holding position of following up the authorized works from administration and financial works, and also organizing the various school units and department's works.
The direct president:
Manager Director is acting administratively under the general supervisor on scholarship students' office.
Functions and responsibilities:
1- Following up the administration affairs, secretarial, financial and staff works in the scholarship students' general office.
2- Supervising and following up the artificial works assigned with units and sections office and coordinating works between them.
3- Sending periodic reports about office achievement for the general supervisor.
4- Coordinating with related bodies with scholarship students and outside the University.
5- Preparing letters, arranging meetings hold by the general office, and also coordinating and scheduling special appointment with the general supervisor.
6- Collecting special daily appointments with the office, and distributing it on areas concerned in the office, and following up its implementation.
