Passport and traveling section

This section deal with all the procedures of the Foreigner students to study at the university from different countries of the world. The section work on issuing entry visas for the admitted students to the university, And work to issue a regular residence card for students after their arrival, As well as issuing tickets annually for students, and the section is divided into two units as follows;

Passports unit

This unit, which administratively acting under the Passport and Travel Section, is responsible for issuing entry visas for students who are admitted to study at the university in coordination with the Admissions section. And to work on the issuance of regular residence cards for students upon their arrival in Saudi Arabia and renew cards for them annually, In addition to the issuance of exit and return visas for them annually, as well as issuance of the final exit visa after the end of the student's scholarship

Tickets and travel unit

This unit, which administratively acting under the Passports and Travel Department, is responsible for the issuance of tickets for the arrival of students admitted to study at the university in coordination with the Admission section, and to issue annual tickets for students after obtaining exit and return visas, in addition to issuing final travel tickets for students whose scholarships have expired.
