Administration and Academic Section

This section deals with all academic movements of the students throughout the period of his study at the university, and the student has the right to benefit from all these movements available to him, According to included studying and extermination law for university level.

Guidance and cancelling unit

This unit is concerned with overcoming the academic difficulties and following up the progress of the students in their studies, And to recommend the promotion/ cutting off the scholarship, and honoring the distinct and the quest to find jobs within the university and in order to activate their potential and benefit from it optimally, And to consider their violations and the extent of their commitment to the laws, and coordination with the concerned bodies within and outside the university.

Administrative affairs unit

This unit deals with administrative and technical matters in the administration such as secretarial work, email letters and technical aspects. The unit works to help scholarship students in all their administrative affairs and what needed by them, such as necessary administrative letters and forms to identify them to third parties. It also Issues medical reports that students need for their appointment in hospitals and medical clinics where they are entitled to treatment based on the medical care provided by the General administration of scholarship Students.
