General discretion:
He is an implementation administrative staff in charge of supervising work of the fund, and contributing to fulfilling the aims and objectives, also implementing the board decisions and uniting it validity and rewards, according to what decided by the board.
The direct president:
The director of the charity for implementation is acting under the general supervisor office.
Functions and responsibilities:
• Preparing board schedule works and her meetings.
• Following up on incoming decisions from the board and its implementation.
• Preparing system suggestion and special regulations to the fund.
• Proposing charity fund plans and programs, and supervising the implementation after approval.
• Proposing the rules and procedures of fund office in administrative and financial aspect.
• Supervising the preparation fund budget, final accounts project, and annual decisions on the fund activities.
• Nominating staff's names in the fund and their appointments, and approving it by the board.
• Pursuing of development of financial fund incomes, and proposing suitable investments.
• Stating the board decisions which naturally require its announcement to other.
